He is having the local health department’s make the regulations and sticking the local police with trying to enforce this mess. He did order the State Police to help the locals but there are not enough of them to do much. Is is going to end badly. When people can’t get into stores to buy food. They are only letting 5 people in a store at a time! What a waste of time he needs to spend his time getting PPE and other equipment to hospitals so they will be prepared. Unfortunately he won’t.
