Funds have already been set aside for the groups you speak of. The state treasury is not like a petty cash drawer, where you just pull out a wad of bills and spend where you think it needs spending at the moment. It's compartmentalized. It's allocated. That's what the state budget is about. While I'm sure your supporters are stupid enough to think the treasury is just some sort of slush fund free-for-all (after all, it's kind of how you used the discretionary portions of the budget) most Wisconsiners aren't so easily fooled. All you do with this argument is make a stronger case for throwing you out of office.

So... Carry on.
