Indentured Servitude.

The return of the worst of Victorian England/Gilded age America.
Neo Colonization (as was attempted in Iraq, and ongoing in Afghanistan).
This is always where Libertarianism goes. Indentured serf classes at the whim of gentry/Land holders.
