is 95% Whites of European Decent and the balance are Native American. This fellow appears to have a the what I would call the Brush Bunny Syndrome,if you don't look like me or my family,you are evil. Knowing the area of the District,which btw,was a Democratic District for over fifty years and most of that by Mr. Obey. With Redistricting to include a larger more ultra conservative towns and villages,Duffy bullied his way in with a ton of Koch and a big chunk from Walker's buds. One of the poorest regions of the U.S. and I dare say probably very average age level,do know it is a area depended on SS and SSDI payments as well as supplemental services. And remember Walker whacked these folks big time.
