Wisconsin State health officials: #COVID-19 vaccine providers 'deeply disappointed' after much smaller shipments than requested https://jsonline.com/story/news/2021/02/02/wisconsin-coronavirus-state-could-fulfill-27-vaccinators-orders/4360081001/ via @journalsentinel

.....Some smaller vaccine providers received zero doses this week, including the independent Good Value and Lakeview pharmacies in Racine, according to their websites.

The state has tried to avoid sending shipments to small providers who say they can vaccinate only 25 or 30 people in a week. The Moderna vaccine comes in packages of 100 doses or more, so the state wants to avoid 75 extra doses sitting on shelves until they're used, Willems Van Dijk said.

DHS is asking providers to have the capacity to vaccinate at least 100 people a week, she said.
