Piano man starts at 9:00. One reason I like the Fountain is that there are different spaces to be in, so it's easier to find a spot where people can actually converse. If I know a rough number for a certain time for dinner, I can reserve a table, and add people as they come in. Then there's plenty of room for drifting around afterwards.
