He's had one soft lockdown after another, and here we go again. But it's only in selected areas, and I can only think there must be political reasons why some areas are picked for Phase 3 and others not, because the COVID figures don't seem to add up.

The Brits, bless them, are so patient always, so reaonable, but even their fortitude must be wearing thin by now.
