Yesterday

Canada did pay the full cost of building the bridge and will recover the expense through the toll charged for using it. Once the cost of the bridge is fully recovered, the revenue from the tolls will be shared equally between Canada and the US.

Interestingly, the Canadian half of the bridge was built with Canadian steel while the US half was built with US steel.
