Death Penalty article in the Ottawa Sun this week. Makes me think the Conservatives [View all]

are actually going to bring it back. What a bunch of Monsters. The Death Penalty brutalizes the population, doesn't deter crime and costs an arm and a leg: much more expensive than keeping a criminal alive. Why would they do this? Because they like the authoritarian model of governance. Sick, sick, sick, sick, sick.
