Helena Guergis suing PM Stephen Harper

1. I'm of two minds on Guergis

My earliest impressions of her were coloured by the ridiculous hissy fit she threw in Charlottetown airport, where she showed herself to be an out-of-touch, don't-you-know-who-i-am weasel.

She and her husband Jaffer may very well have been involved in some kind of shady stuff, though likely minor.

But for some reason Harper and his cronies felt a need to get rid of her. Throwing her under the bus is an understatement. They pinned her to a speedbump at the Greyhound station.

Let's hope that this lawsuit can go on long enough to provide anyone with an axe to grind against Harper a conduit for juicy backroom stuff. I'm guessing Guergis isn't the first or the last person that Harper has screwed over.
