to become entrenched in Ottawa. We have no shortage of laws, and punitive punishments, and relatively high taxes for the masses, while there is little accountability or transparency of government (or big business). Leadership (not wealth) starts at the top and trickles down. Loyalty to any party, system or company should be earned, conditional and never taken for granted.
