4. No statute of limitations on sex crimes in England & Wales.

He can be charged and tried (I'd be surprised if this didn't happen) ... unlike some US states that have a statue of limitations on a variety of crimes.

I know this is an aside issue but with Bill Cosby being in the news for his alleged sexual "indiscretions" would we be seeing him in the dock if no statute of limitations existed in the states where he is alleged to have done his crimes?

But still - Scotland Yard needs investigation for its alleged cover up of the matter. At least.
