especially as what's good for you one week may be bad for you the next, and vice versa. There are some findings that are consistent, but the press is not usually the best place for finding them.

Black pudding may or may not be a superfood, but as I don't like it, I will continue not to eat it. When I was a kid, the best food was supposed to be liver, and like many other kids, I hated it and wouldn't eat it, however good for me it was supposed to be! On the other hand, I do like some foods in the good-for-you category, like broccoli and tomatoes.

My dad used to say, 'A little of what you fancy does you good' (I realize now that this originates from a Marie Lloyd song) and I still think that there's a lot of truth in it.
