3. I used to hate veg like Broccoli

That changed when I discovered after leaving home that vegetables are actually really nice when not boiled to death!

About the only foods I dislike nowadays are tripe, whelks and courgettes. I also dislike things like Quorn burgers on principle. Vegetarian food can be truly superb without pretending to be meat.
