They're deliberately trying to make it about something else. It's not about his sex life but about his decision making on press regulation. Any government minister whose behaviour warrants the interest of Fleet Street is something the public should know about.

The sexual behaviour of a celebrity couple who have been enjoying threesomes is definitely not in the public interest, but that hasn't stopped the tabloids going to court in an attempt to overturn injunctions.
