I think that if there is a chance of fixing the executive branch, it will be under this president. Biden isn't enamored with power in the way T**** was, and I think he can see how this kind of slippage has become dangerous. He especially likes to work with people to come to a consensus on a myriad of issues rather than trying to legislate on his own. Even though he has done quite a few executive orders in the last month, they have mostly been to undo prior orders. He loves cooperation and consensus, and seems to want to work without the Senate and House to accomplish his goals.
