2. I use the Last Pass add on with Firefox.

It has a security link that runs through all the sites you passworded with Last Pass and tells you if there has been a breach. Then they send you an email. I got one that said the only breach was at Adobe. I never bought anything from Adobe and only downloaded the free reader until I changed readers.
