I do that sort of thing quite a bit and I couldn't get it to look good enough to make a reasonable looking t-shirt. Optical character recognition bombed on it too so that's out as well.

Retype it in Word or even Wordpad and print it out the size you need, that way you can use whatever font/color you like the best as well.
