here's a slightly complicated way that will give you stuff you can use in the future:

First, download XnView from this site:

http://www.xnview.com/en/

It's one of many simple, great, and free image programs that you will find useful for all sorts of stuff. I recommend this one over others simply because i use it a lot.

Then, go to the Facebook page and right click on the image-- choose "Save as..." and a small screen will pop up asking you where to save it and what to call it. I often tend to choose "Desktop" so I can find it easily, but any "My Pictures" folder works (Don't forget where you put it, though, or you may never find it again )

Finally, open XnView and then open the image and use the "Resize" function.

Done

Now, if it looks all grainy and fuzzy because it didn't scale up properly, the best bet may be to simply retype the whole thing.
