later this evening I'll give it another try.


I'm a long ways from giving up. this computer is for my wife and she doesn't do much except some work stuff on it and her old laptop did just fine with that using ubuntu. It was old and gave up the ghost a few days ago.

Neither of us want to learn a new operating system. We're both comfortable with Ubuntu.
