2. As an agent of change in this area, I can only say is we can't stop change

What we need to do is find the benefits of that change.

I am in the midst of implementing a software upgrade at work. The first thing I did was look at what's new in the software, next I reviewed what enhancements we could leverage. Next I weigh the points for and against the change. I have to deal with users who fight change so much so that they take their case to HR.

But back to Windows 10, I didn't make that change until last December, when my Vista system died. You can set it up so you don't have to use the tiles/Apps, but I would urge you to try as it will only make future change less painful.
