Got a small issue re Firefox [View all]

My parent's computer has Windows 7 and Firefox 11.

I also use Win7 and Firefox 11 at work, and on my computer I have XP and Firefox 11.

Only on my parent's computer does the Menu Bar keep disappearing.

About once a day, when Firefox is started, it will pop up without the Menu Bar. The navigation bar is there, the Norton bar is there, but the menu bar isn't.

So I right-click on the top of the window and show the Menu Bar. And it stays there... until the next day, when it is gone when start Firefox.

I can't find any setting that would seem to make this happen.

None of the other computers I use has this problem. The Menu Bar is always there at the top, like we like it.

Anybody have any clue as to what's going on?
