4. The recent update, 20H2 also deleted some of my stuff.

I lost Windows Firewall and hence lost Mail as it wont work without Windows firewall. And couldn't reload Firewall as the Services for "Windows Defender Firewall Authorization Driver" was missing. The wdfsrv.dll file was still there but apparently there is a difference in version numbers and I couldn't get it to work.

So I reloaded Windows and lost a ton of apps that I had to reload. I am almost back to normal.
