they replaced the power supply, mother board and the hard drive. When I went to pick it up, their computers were down so I couldn't pick it up. This was turning into a comedy of errors.

Once I got it back, the only difference I noticed is that the very sensitive hard disk protection freeze is no longer there.

I had to buy a new laptop anyway because I could not go another day without getting my work done. My husband has decided he needs a backup computer so we'll keep this brand new, newly refurbished Toshiba for that purpose.
