4. Well, the LastPass page at addons.mozilla.org says there are issues with FF18.

I guess the easy way to test if LastPass is the issue would be to disable it (as long as you know the passwords to some sites) and see if you remain logged on after closing FF and restarting it.

It's not unheard of for FF upgrades to cause issues with add-ons, but they usually get sorted out fairly quickly.
