oh geez, what have I done with my toolbar? [View all]

so I somehow was updating Flash and it did something to my toolbar. I now have ATT toolbar and I don't know how to go back to the old toolbar. Now when I click to open a new tab I get About:Blank instead of the page that used to come up with the page that had the last bunch of websites I visited. I don't know how to get that back.

I have Windows 7
IE Explorer 9

any help is truly appreciated. thanks.
