1. To get rid of the

ATT toolbar, click on the thing at the top right that looks like a gear. Click on "Manage Addons". On the left side of the window click on the "Toolbars and Extensions" and then right click on the ATT Toolbar in the right side of the window and select "Disable".

To reset your home page, click on the gear again. Then click on "Internet Options". In the general tab under Home Page, add the URL of the home page you want. Below that, under "StartUp" click on "Start with home page." Click apply and then OK.

That should fix it.
