Can someone tell me how I can detect which IE series is on my computer, or for that [View all]

matter, which OS I have, Vista, XP etc. I have been trying to download games from a game site I have used for 5 years and now all of a sudden I am being blocked with " **** contains a virus and was deleted". I am trying to figure that out, but 1st I have to figure out which IE I have and which OS I have. As you can tell, I am not terribly computer literate. Thanks for the help.
