Please help me !!!! [View all]

My Avira free antivirus was not updating.

I manually deleted it and tried to reinstall it.

I have tried multiple times, but it keeps telling me I need to manually remove, or delete it before it can reinstall.

I have manually deleted and removed it.

It does not show up in my programs and the icons are also gone.

The only place it shows up is in the Windows Security System and it shows Avira is turned off.

It will not turn on, because I deleted it.

How do I get rid of it so I can reinstall it ?

I am as dumb as a rock when it comes to computers.

Please someone help me !!!!
