click on the start button. In the box at the bottom of the menu that comes up type in CCleaner and click on the little magnifying glass or hit enter on your keyboard. It should come up for you. Before you do anything, right click on the CCleaner icon and either choose the pin to taskbar or pin to start menu menu options (click on the option) so that you can find it more easily in the future. You can then click on the icon and run the program.

I would never laugh. None of us pop out of the womb knowing this stuff.
