Anyone use CentryLink for a service provider? [View all]

I've been using Cox for years. Well, since I dumped Qwest's crappy service (who is now Century Link) . Wondering if they've made any improvements in the last 10 years. Any experience out there with Century Link?

Cox has been fine for the most part. I've had a few down times, but nothing major. The problem is $$$$. I need to cut back and Cox is killing me. I do up/down load some moderate sized files occasionally so I need something reliable.
