So......
Go to Control panel -> Windows Update -> View update history
Look for KB2888505 and see if it failed.
If it did fail then go ahead and reinstall IE 10 or IE 11.
If you are using Adobe Flash, reinstall it. It may look like its there even to HULU, but it's severely winged.
If you use an add on IE spell checker you might need to reinstall it.

This apply 'at least' to Win 7 Pro 64 bit.
