Is the source YouTube or Vimeo or some other source?

Vimeo uses a Share button along with an embed link.

Youtube also has a Share button that highlights the url to post.

Are you using those and they still don't post? Maybe an issue with the source?

For normal YouTube links the first parameter should be the video ID. Make7 Dec 2013 #2
