along with adding more ram. Its 7 or 8 years old. The kid who did it said it would probably be ok for a couple more years. It sounds like your computer is newer than mine, they can probably just update the operating system for you if your hard drive is big enough.

That's what I like about apples, they might cost more but I can get many years out of one.
