2. I have been removed as a host in BOG, so I can't pin anything over there - sorry.

If you would like something pinned in the BOG then you can ask one of the hosts there to do it.
When you go to the BOG forum look towards the center left of the page and there's a button that says: About this forum
there's a list there of that group's Hosts, then you'll know who has the 'pin power'. I hope that helps.
