Republican Nominee- Madison Gesiotto-R
Sykes is a former minority leader of the OH Representatives.Sykes name is well known in OH-13 based in Akron.

In PA(Conor Lamb’s US House District PA-17 went slightly more Democratic.)

Republican held US House District that went strongly Democratic.
CA-45(Steele-R)+1R to +3D
MI-3(Meijer-R) +6R to +1D
NM-2(Herrell-R) +8R to +2D
Democratic incumbents in NM-1 and NM-3 won their recent US House elections by a landslide margin.
NY-1(Zeldin-R)+6R to +2D
NY-11(Malliotakis-R) +7R to +4D
OH-1(Chabot-R) +4R to +2D

Democratic held US House District that went strongly Republican.
OH-9(Kaptur-D) +9D to +3R. Kaptur-D won her recent US House Election by 63 to 37 percent margin.
