that photo was taken when President Obama and Michelle were standing outside the Winfield House watching the 'car' coming down the driveway on the arrival of Britain's Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
The car was fairly small (not a limo) and the President and First Lady were surprised and made those funny faces
