3. I've seen several judges get DUIs here in Mississippi.

One of them was a Supreme Court judge and he was, unfortunately, one of the more liberal ones on the court. He got at least two, maybe three, DUIs while serving. SC judges are elected here, and he was defeated by a RWer.
