-planned and executed in a very short time

-the nature of the visit as opposed to how it was promoted as a trip to see the Pope when he was actually invited to speak at a conference not including the Pope

-that it became a viral political issue... which was the intent as far as I can tell, a stunt

-that the Bernie crowd got all self righteous about their saintly candidate when he was actually duping them

ETA: That campaign $$ were used for this as well as our taxes paying for the Secret Service detail to protect him and his family. (I'm a federal employee sometimes and I know that even GS employees get per diem + travel pay + over, night-overtime + weekend pay and it adds up fast X how many agents?)

And then some... can't articulate my contempt for these games.
