5. I rewatched that painful New York daily interview

He often has non-answers like that. He's not good at off the cuff answers, not good at real detail. I was looking at his record again, he passed the most roll call amendments in a certain 12 year time period--apparently, he's always trying to get roll call amendments--But no matter. His record isn't spectacular, but it's decent. So if he has the skill to do that, why can't he answer questions?
