vote at all, students who are UNREGISTERED (and he squandered opportunity after opportunity to get those people registered--it would have taken only a couple of dozen volunteers to work those crowds while they were waiting in line, and give them the material to register....but he didn't do that).

Very odd, that. No attention to critical detail. He never got them to commit, to sign on the bottom line. Quixotic approach, certainly. He's reaping the results.
