Hawaii became a state and what other off shore territories are going through.

As Emmett Hansen II said.. it's all about "what's good for the Virgin Islands".. and sanders didn't answer their questions or return their phone calls.. who does that? Not the first report I've heard of this..

Hillary with all her experience on the world stage would get that.
