81. Can someone explain to me please?

I don't recall the events on DU surrounding the 2008 election/primaries.

What is "the purge"? Is it just that people will leave because they are no longer allowed to bash Clinton as they do now?

Or does it mean that the administrators will look back on previous posts and ban people who were hyper critical of Clinton?

Or is it just more like "from this date on, cut the crap and get with the program or else", and people can't help themselves breaking the rule and get booted?
