Which is why, I believe, he's been a bit of a pariah in the Democratic Party. Good thing we had Kamala Harris as our State's AG. When the DoJ wrestled money back from the banks and handed CA a percentage of our share, Gov. Brown wanted to use it to pay down the State's whopping $42 billion dollar deficit. But Kamala Harris, who was part of the fight together with the DoJ, protested that idea and she made sure Californians were given that money back.

And now AG Harris is running for Senator Boxer's seat against U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez - and it looks like our AG will win it.
