My take-away from the Weaver-Frank segment on Hardball. [View all]

Matthews came back and back to the question: why hasn't Bernie released his tax returns. Weaver ducked and weaved time and again but he finally said that Bernie said he would release them.

When? Someone help me out here (I was busy on the computer at the time). Either before the California vote or the convention. Did someone catch it?
