Rachel maddow is not on tonight, someone is taking her place and is doing a piece on DAMNABLE DOWD. Dowd is going after Biden now.

What a Dowd.... a GOPig??? She sure as heck is not objective. She HATES Dems. Why can't Dowd get FIRED !!!
