When things were looking promising, Sanders, who clearly speaks for the American people, 'was tired of hearing her damn email.' Welp, here is what the desperation of a campaign facing broad rejection in 49 states will bring about:

On the issue of Mrs. Clinton’s emails, Mr. Sanders didn’t say he regretted his debate remarks. “You get 12 seconds to say these things,” he said of the debate setting. “There’s an investigation going on right now. I did not say, ‘End the investigation.’ That’s silly… Let the investigation proceed unimpeded.”




.................................Not sure if email is the way to go, but I suppose the goal is here is to sew doubt about Clinton's electability, a perfectly fair point of contention. But Sanders will have to amplify this attack with ads without an assist from the GOP and Trey Gowdy. There is already early signs the GOP intends to do just that considering Donald Trump:

Trump said other candidates “weren’t even allowed to talk up against” Clinton, adding that Sanders “totally destroyed his campaign” by not focusing on the email issue and is now “just wasting his time.”

“When Sanders gave up the emails, I said ‘He’s dead, that’s the end of him,’” Trump said. “It was a great soundbite for about three minutes, for three seconds, they clapped for about three seconds.”

The Clinton Campaign, I suspect, wont rest on its laurels but will hit back at the time and place of its choosing. Winning big in 49 states gives them that luxury. But make no mistake, hit back they must. ..................
