6. Somebody said they saw Bill and Chelsea on tv, speaking onstage under a big banner that said

"We will Maintain." Called it disgusting, said they couldn't be more obvious, yadda yadda. Whole lotta negative posts ensued, calling the sentiments on the banner sinister, said it was a horrible idea, projected that it had to do with maintaining the status quo, income inequality, the usual knee-jerk anti-Hillary litany. Eventually I waded in and pointed out that it was the state motto, with the full quotation that you just posted. I sort of wish I had let them keep it up for a while before I did that , just to see how much mockery of liberties and rights they would get up to, or whether any of them would have the common sense to google "we will maintain."
