Does anyone know anything about Sanders legislation to lift the Social Security cap? (CLINTON GROUP) [View all]

His website says he introduced legislation, but they don't link to it.
I can't find it yet, and the only news articles I can find so far are from 2011.

Anyone know the bill number or have a date etc?
