that even if Bernie did somehow win the election, he'd be so ineffective in office that he'd quite likely be a one-term president. We're SO CLOSE to being able to make genuine, revolutionary change --a new court, a new census in 2020-- that if we just hold the line a little while longer we might actually see the honest-to-God death of the Republican Party by 2024, and right now we just need someone to hold the line. Hillary is perfectly suited for that role.

We're definitely in a regressive period, but I think it's mostly because we've got the republicans cornered and scared. I think we'll come out better on the other end for it.

As for your anti-feminist friends, my peer group is all over the map on that. There are so many different definitions for what a feminist even is supposed to be right now I think a lot of people want to avoid the label because it's been stripped of most of its meaning. I probably shouldn't speak on that any further though, as I really have no idea what I'm talking about
